How Polypier Works

When using Polypier as your concrete leveling solution, several steps are taken:

• Small holes are drilled. To inject Polypier into the affected area, small holes are strategically drilled into the concrete slab.
• Ports to inject Polypier are installed. Once the holes are drilled, your contractor installs ports directly into the holes. These ports are injection sites for the Polypier material. 
• Polypier is injected through the ports. Polypier is injected to fill in the voids and areas of soil that may have been washed away beneath the concrete slab.
• The holes are patched and smoothed out. Once the slab is leveled, the ports are removed, the holes filled and patched, and the surface is smoothed.
